Moving from monolith to microservices, it is necessary to build a successful SRE organization that will help to obtain a high goal of 5 nines for the organization’s services. It is impossible to make this journey successful without taking extra steps and without building an additional set of tools.
Bringing his experiences from RingCentral, a telephony company offering multiple types of communication-as-a-service products, Yuri will walk through the transformation of RingCentral’s services from "monolith application" to multiple micro services while maintaining service reliability.
Hi talk will address the company’s DevOps culture and how it impacts everyday activities like monitoring and log collection, API traces and mesh control, alert processing and change requests, and NOC.
