Jeanne Glass is Founder and CEO of VirtualZ Computing and the visionary behind the company’s mission to deliver new levels of modernization, cloud optimization, and cost savings for mainframe customers.
Elected to the Board of Directors, Jeanne chairs the Industry Influence and Editorial committees, and serves on the Audit & Finance committee of SHARE Association. She is a founding member of the Women in IT initiative of SHARE, and launched “Making our Strong Community Stronger”, the first-ever, C-level initiative on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the mainframe industry. Jeanne is an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurial Thinking in the MBA Program at the University of St. Thomas.

Through 30 years, 2 companies and 8 career changes, two things have remained constant in Misty Decker’s career: mainframes and a passion for helping people. As Product Marketing Director for Mainframe Modernization, Misty is helping companies understand the value of leveraging their existing IT investment while simultaneously taking advantage of new technologies such as DevOps, microservices and cloud. Her experience in HW development, system programming and skills development has given her the broad perspective necessary to explain the technical, process and people aspects of a mainframe modernization project.

Vince Re is working with the team to define and build the company’s flagship software product line and is on the Advisory Board. He is Founder and President of TechTiles, a software company delivering automation and analytics to streamline operations for
customers. Vince also serves as a Technical Advisor in artificial intelligence, big data and mainframe innovation. Vince worked 31 years at CA Technologies and is highly respected for his impact on the mainframe computing industry. His vision and
leadership were behind many high-performing products and services at CA, earning him the title of Chief Architect and Senior Vice President.
