Abstract: Do you face challenges collaborating across teams that increase the time to resolve problems in your IT environment? Do you leverage collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, Slack or Mattermost in your enterprise? Does your organization face skills issues as you go through a generational shift? Learn how you can use web-based and highly customizable dashboards to visualize and consolidate information from your automation, monitoring, network management, and scheduling environment, enabling next generation z operators to quickly identify, isolate and resolve problems. Learn how you can even enhance this user experience and make use of chat-based operations (ChatOps) by receiving alerts about your IBM Z environment in popular collaboration platforms like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Mattermost.
