Author notification: The author will be notified of acceptance/non-acceptance by September 15, 2015. Publication will be in the Conference Proceedings if available in a camera-ready format by September 30. Otherwise the presentation will be available via the CMG web pages under the Members Only section and will be published in an upcoming edition of the CMG Journal.
