Chris founded the FBI’s Cyber Profiling team and developed behavioral profiling and psychological analysis techniques, driven by technical data analytics, for use in sensitive investigations. He is a multidiscipline security convergence expert having held leadership roles in risk management, complex investigations, cybersecurity, physical security, close protection, emergency management, and emergency medical services.
