As Director of Technical Solutions, Per has the responsibility of the delivery of services to TeamQuest (now part of HelpSystems) customers worldwide. He conceived and is the author of our Capacity Management Maturity Model and has presented papers on this subject in Europe and the United States. Per has the combination of deep practical experience with the understanding of the business drivers for capacity management, contributing to his role of a thought-leader in the industry. Per also sits on HelpSystems product management steering committee giving his insight of real-world needs and translating that into deliverable products for the market.
