On May 10th, CMG and Atlanta Web Performance Meet Up are please to present speaker Ashu Joshi, Ashu is Founder and CEO of Movinture, an IoT back-end as a service (IBaaS) company. In his presentation, Ashu will provide an overview of IoT architecture as well as use cases and verticals of IoT. He will also touch on traffic patterns and optimization of the IoT back-end.

About Ashu Joshi

Ashu Joshi is the Founder & CEO of Movinture. Movinture is an IoT Backend as a Service (IBaaS) company. Ashu has been working in the Connected Devices & IoT market since 2006. He led Product & Business Strategy for the Consumer & Service Provider IoT business while he was at Cisco Systems. His initial focus was on Smart Home, and soon diversified into Smart Cities, Smart Buildings, Connected Transportation and Industrial IoT. He had the opportunity to work with major customers on IoT applications and in addition he worked closely with the M&A group to invest in and acquire IoT Startups. His experience in IoT spans devices, gateways and cloud. He has deep understanding of the various device and communication protocols involved in IoT. e has represented his companies at major IoT standards bodies and consortiums.   Ashu is an MBA from GSU and has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from India.
