2025 IMPACT Innovation Award Winner

CMG is proud to announce Code Magus as the 2025 IMPACT Innovation Award recipient for Orkhestra V3: Innovation in Motion. [Read the Press Release]

Orkhestra V3 advances non-functional testing by modeling realistic user behavior, synchronizing performance and resource metrics, and applying statistical analysis to deliver explainable, actionable insight. The platform replaces subjective pass/fail outcomes with measurable confidence — helping teams understand why performance changes occur, not just that they occurred.

The winner was selected by a panel of judges with influence from community participation following live finalist presentations.

People’s Choice

The CMG Impact Innovation Awards People’s Choice Award isn’t just about voting — it’s about participation.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Register for any of the finalist sessions → you automatically earn the ability to cast a standard vote for any of the finalists.

  2. Attend live during the session — once you’re there, you’ll receive a special link to cast a 5x vote for your favorite finalist.

  3. Support your favorite by sharing the voting opportunity with your network.
  4. Cast a final vote for the finalist project that inspired you most from December 2 to December 10.

  5. The finalist with the highest total vote-points wins the Viewer’s Choice Award, revealed live on December 11.

Qualifications and Criteria

What Makes a Strong Nominee?

A strong nominee is someone who has:

  • Driven remarkable change within their organization, despite constraints such as limited budget, time, or team size

  • Achieved measurable success through strategy development, strong team leadership, and innovative thinking

  • Delivered industry-leading practices and accomplishments that represent the best-of-the-best

  • To be considered, the submitted project, program, tool, or process must have been published, implemented, or completed within three years of the application date.

What to Expect

If selected as a finalist, you’ll participate in a broadcasted, live interview to discuss your success story.

The winner will be selected by a judges panel with influence from audience votes.


How to Apply

  • Applicants may self-nominate or be nominated by a peer

  • All nominees must complete the application by September 19

  • The application will ask about:

    • Team members involved

    • Financial, cultural, and technological impact

    • Measurable outcomes and results

While including budget details strengthens an application, specific figures are not required.

Terms and Conditions

All winners and finalists agree, as a condition of their receipt of the award, to allow CMG to use their image, name, and nomination information in any marketing materials, media, and other forms of publicity, without further permission or compensation. Participant(s) affirm that they have the right to use all materials and personal information included in their submission packets.

All participants agree to be bound by these terms and by the decisions of CMG, including, but not limited to, decisions regarding eligibility and award recipients, which are final and binding in all respects. CMG reserves the right to revise, suspend, or cancel this award program in its sole discretion.

CMG will maintain the privacy of any personal information provided with your application as described in its Privacy Statement. CMG may use the personal information you provide to send you communications about the award process and related promotional activities. CMG will maintain the personal information you provide for up to three years unless a longer period is required for legal or regulatory requirements.

A panel of judges will review all applications which will be scored independently prior to a discussion of top submissions. Any judges that are within arm’s reach of the applicant shall recuse themselves from judging and discussion of said application. The decisions of the judging panel are final.
