On January 1 of each year, your IBM MLC increases by 4%. Whilst the new hardware is much more efficient and IBM have done a fabulous job in improving performance and reducing costs, we are still slugged by an annual software increase. During this session we are going to discuss ways to reduce or eliminate that 4% and reduce IBM/MLC by another 6-8%.
