Leonid Grinshpan (Conceptual Models of Enterprise Applications as Instruments of Performance Analysis)
Leonid Grinshpan is a Practice Manager (North America) - IT Performance for Tata Consultancy Services. During his many years tenure as a consultant, he was engaged hands-on in performance tuning and capacity planning of enterprise applications for various corporations (Dell, Citibank, Verizon, Clorox, Bank of America, AT&T, Best Buy, Aetna, Halliburton, Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, Starbucks, Praxair, Baxter, American Express, etc.). Leonid holds PhD on computer system modeling; he shared his modeling methodology and experience in a book “Solving Enterprise Applications Performance Puzzles: Queuing Models to the Rescue” (http://tinyurl.com/7hbalv5).
