REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
There are three options for registration. The first two preregistration options are $55.00. Payment at the door on October 17, 2008 is an onsite registration fee of $65.00.

1) Preregister by email by October 17, 2008 and pay the reduced rate at the door.
**Unlike the regular mail option, payment is not required until Friday, October 17, 2008 **
Because of the successful responses in recent meetings, the Autumn meeting will again implement e-mail registration as an alternative to the regular mail registration. Here's how you can take advantage of this convenient method:

* E-mail your intention to attend, to ctcmg@yahoo.com no later than October 17, 2008
* You should receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours.
* Pay $55.00 ($25 for students) at the door on October 17, 2008. Make check or money order payable to Connecticut CMG (no credit cards accepted).

2) Send payment and preregistration form by regular mail. Registration form and payment must be received by Connecticut CMG by October 17, 2008.

* Fill out registration form and print it out
* Include check or money order payable to Connecticut CMG in the amount of $55.00 ($25 for students).
* Mail registration and payment to:
          Connecticut CMG
          Old State House Square
          P.O. Box 230453
          Hartford, CT 06123-0453

3) Register at the door on October 17, 2008.
*The onsite registration fee is $65.00. Make check or money order payable to Connecticut CMG.
