Program update:

By the time you read this, the deadline for submitting papers for CMG'08 will have already come and gone, and the Program Committee and volunteers will have refereed the submitted entries and scheduled them during ASW (Agenda Scheduling Weekend). After the highest-rated papers are selected and scheduled for the conference, authors will be notified between July 28 and August 1. The Editorial Review timeframe will follow from August 4 through September 12: This process will encompass editing, proofing, and finalizing accepted presentations for the conference Proceedings. The author will work hand-in-hand with their assigned editor and their mentor (if one was requested) so that the paper is camera-ready for publication purposes by the September 12 deadline. I hope you submitted a paper! If so, best of luck, and we hope to be notifying you of your opportunity to present at CMG'08.
