About the Author

The most pressing need is for authors, without whom there is no conference. Denise Kalm, the Mentor Chair, makes a great case for you (whether as a new or seasoned author) to get started. For the first time author, Denise can provide you with excellent advice on the topic you are considering. Please email her directly with those questions at . She has expert volunteers available to mentor you during the construction of the paper.

To assist you, the budding author, Denise is appealing for a few more mentors. Her two articles follow this one.

Some of you may not have had the opportunity to volunteer previously. So here's how the process works. After all the papers have been submitted, the Program Committee's Subject Area Chairs (SACs) pass along the papers to volunteer referees with Subject Area expertise. The referees check the paper for content and completeness and provide input for acceptance. The SACs select papers based on recommendations from the referees. The Editorial Review Board (ERB) will assist each accepted author with the crafting of a final paper (s). Consider volunteering for all these activities. Remember to use the links below for submitting a paper and for other volunteer activities.
