We are continuing our collaboration with Northern California and jointly we have arranged for Jaqui Lynch to do a half day workshop at each of our Fall meetings. Friday, November 2, Jaqui will be presenting her workshop on UNIX management in Southern California and the following Tuesday, November 6, there will be a repeat performance in Northern California. We are very grateful to have her employer, Mainline Information Systems, sponsor both events. These meetings are an excellent opportunity to learn from one of the industries' experts in this area. I hope you can make one of them.
In addition to Jaqui's workshop we are also featuring a presentation by Jim Kaplan on Data Encryption as the last line of defense for data protection and Tom Halinski will be presenting his 2007 National Conference paper on end to end monitoring to the Mth Tier (Mainframe Included).
