    Each Corporate Badge specifies a company name, not an attendee name. This provides local companies and CMG'10 exhibitors the opportunity to send more associates to a variety of conference sessions at different times during conference week. There is no 2011 CMG membership with this option.

Cancellation & Refund Instructions

    All cancellations must be in writing on company letterhead and be received at CMG HQ by November 12, 2010. CMG will deduct the cost of a one-year membership and a $150.00 processing fee from all refunds.

Substitution Instructions

    Requests must be in writing on company letterhead, identifying the pre-registered attendee and the substitute. The substituted individual must complete a registration form. You can make a substitution at anytime. CMG allows only one substitution per registration.
