Poster Presentations will be held Thursday, December 6, 2007, from 5:15 PM - 6:15 PM.
Posters will be set up in Worthington’s Foyer, next to the bookstore and Internet Café.
Posters will be presented on a 4’x 8’ foot board. Each poster will be granted the entire board for their materials.
CMG will provide only push pins to affix the poster. All other materials will be provided by the presenter.
All poster materials are the responsibility of the presenter. CMG will not handle any shipping related issues regarding poster sessions. CMG suggests that you travel with or ship materials to your own attention at the hotel.
Posters are to be prepared and hung by 9:00 AM on December 6th.
Posters are to be removed no earlier than 6:15 PM and no later than 6:30 PM of the same date. All remaining materials left beyond 7:00 PM will be discarded.
Presenters are to be stationed at their posters between 5:00 PM - 6:15 PM.
