Exhibitor Presentation Request Form

The CMG'07 Conference Committee would like to offer you a 1-hour slot to present information on your company and products. At this time of the day there are no other CMG events that conflict with Exhibitor Presentations. These sessions are designed to allow CMG Exhibitors the chance to present outside the formal CMG Program and give some freedom from the CMG presentation policy, which disallows "sales pitches".

Things You Need to Know!

  • Presentations are currently scheduled from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. (These times are subject to change.)

  • CMG will assign your space.

  • Space is limited. CMG will only schedule approximately 7-9 concurrent Exhibitor Presentations per time slot.

  • Requests will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.

  • CMG will provide a sign with the Exhibiting Company name and presentation title for each Exhibitor Presentation.

  • This form is due September 3rd to be included in the Final Agenda. Submitting this form after the due date will mean your presentation will only be listed in the onsite newsletter.

  • You will be notified of your space assignment via telephone or email by September 14th.

  • AV will be provided in rooms that are operating as CMG Session Rooms. These rooms will be assigned in the order in which requests are received. Additional rooms may be available for use that does not contain pre-existing AV. In this case, your company will be responsible for any incurred AV costs. Pre-existing AV will consist of a screen and LCD projector and a podium.

  • AV arrangements need to be made if necessary through the hotel or AV Dynamics. There is a form available in the exhibitor kit for AV Dynamics.

  • CMG prohibits disparaging remarks about other companies (whether they are CMG exhibitors or not).

  • There is to be no food and beverage served during these presentations.
