Things You Need to Know!
All hospitality functions must begin after 8:30 pm.
Space is limited. Requests will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
CMG will assign your space.
Once your space is assigned you will work directly with and be billed by the conference hotel for all set up, food & beverage needs, or AV as it applies to your situation. Your company will be responsible for any reset charges that occur to return the room back to the CMG original set-up.
AV arrangements need to be made with the hotel or with AV Dynamics. There is a form in the exhibitor kit for AV Dynamics.
This form is due September 3rd.
You will be notified of your space assignment via telephone or email by September 14th.
